Activity Report Sample (from June 1998)

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU WHO REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR WEEKLY ACTIVITY CALL. I WANTED TO ADD A LIST OF EXACTLY WHAT IS NEEDED WHEN YOU CALL.

REMEMBER IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL EVEN IF YOU DID NOT SEND ANY SHOWS OR HOLD ANY THAT WEEK, I WON'T KNOW THAT UNTIL YOU CALL. It's a great time for us to brain storm ideas to get more bookings if that's what you need and want.

How many shows have you turned in this past week?__________

What was the total compensatable sales of those shows?________

How many total guest did you have from those shows?_________

(total # of order forms per show)

How many new bookings did you get from those shows?________

What is your month to date compensatable sales?______________

(include your month sales goal)

How many shows do you have on your calendar in the next 4 weeks?

Week 1_____, Week 2_____, Week 3_____, Week 4_____

How many total shows do you have on your calendar outside of 4 weeks?______

I only need show information that you have already sent to [company]. I don't need the dates, names, or invoices of the shows. It's really very simple and I will be glad to work with each of you until it becomes familiar to you, we have a lot of new consultants in our unit.

Also, if you need me to check on a show or any question you might have, when you call and get my machine, please leave a detailed message of what you need me to check, or a detailed message of your question. This way perhaps I can give you the answer at that point and we won't have to play phone tag.

Here's an example of leaving your information if you get my machine.

EXAMPLE:

HI! This is_________, I sent 3 shows last week, sales were $1200.00 (like that show average, we should always hostess coach for a $400 show!)

9 new bookings, 30 guest, my month to date sales are $1800.00 (this is a very easy goal to reach each month, is this your Goal?)

My shows for the next four weeks are, week 1-3, week 2---,4 week 3---2, week 4-3, (If you want a strong business 12 shows up in four weeks is a sure way to start that!) I have 6 outside for a total of 18 shows on my calendar. The more shows you hold, the higher your sales are and the more people you will meet to sponsor!
