THANK YOU for a great Candle show! I appreciate your giving me
the opportunity to share our beautiful product line with you and
your friends.
You can expect to receive your order about fourteen days after the
company receives your order, which was sent [date]. A packing slip will be
included with your order. If any items are circled or marked
"BO", they are temporarily back-ordered and will be shipped to
you at a later date. If anything is missing, damaged, or defective, it
will be replaced free of charge. Please report everything to me at one
time and within 30 days of delivery. Also, it is very important that you
contact me regarding the item(s) being returned due to replacement and/or
exchange.
Please separate individual orders using the guest order forms that I
left with you. As your guests will be anxious to receive their products,
please deliver them as soon as possible. Verify with each guest that
everything is satisfactory. In the unlikely event that someone wants to exchange
an item, please send a check (made payable to me) for any difference in
price, including sales tax and $2.00 in shipping and handling. the company
will UPS the item(s) directly to that person.
IT’S NOT TOO LATE! -- After the initial booking you will receive an
additional $25.00 (or special booking gift) for each show that is booked
and held within 60 days of your show. So, when delivering to your friends,
why not encourage them to have a show of their own...and earn even more
free products for yourself! You have three shows booked currently and each
additional show beyond the three will result in $25.00 additional free
products.
If for any reason you are concerned about the status of your order or
if you have any questions in general, please do not hesitate to give me a
call. I will be happy to continue to take care of yours and your
friends’ candle needs.
